Cancellation Policy
Please read and adhere to the following policies to ensure smooth and professional service: 1. Advance Booking: Sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to prepare adequately for each session. 2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: 24-Hour Notice to cancel or reschedule a session, you must notify us at least 24 hours before the session. Cancellations or rescheduling requests within 24 hours of the session will result in a charge equal to the full session fee. 3. Payment and Refund Policy: Payments for training packages and single sessions are non-refundable. No refunds will be provided after purchase and all payments are required at the time of booking. 4. No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend a session without proper notice, you will be charged the full session fee. 5. Session Guidelines: Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shorter session or rescheduling at our discretion. 6. Health and Safety: Please inform us of any medical conditions or injuries before starting training. By booking and participating in sessions with Joga Soccer Academy, you agree to these policies. We may update these policies at any time, with changes communicated through our official channels.
